I am the owner of a small business, the spouse of a successful small business owner, and most importantly, a parent. I know that in life, accomplishment comes best with a sense of civility.
In business, social, personal or family lives, having good manners works. And practicing civil interaction is just as important in life as is rehearsing to a musician before a performance. I believe that demonstrating good manners should always be a given, not something we turn on or off depending on the situation.
As a parent, I know that teaching manners to our children is an integral part of parenting. No matter how dedicated we are however, our children are often influenced by other forces. With that in mind, I focus my courses for young ladies and gentlemen to reinforce proper etiquette.
As a business person, I know that regularly reinforcing business etiquette skills is a necessary part of working life. No matter how successful we are or are working to be, honing skills on how to interact with colleagues and clients helps fuel success. I have designed these courses with such goals in mind.

I live in Orland Park, Illinois with my ever cordial husband,
our three polite children, and the most well behaved
cocker spaniel in the world.
